The Tegucigalpa–Comayagüela municipal government removed 75 tons of accumulated garbage, bulky waste, and vegetation from the Motagua field and area under the Carías Bridge in a large-scale cleanup aimed at reclaiming public space, reducing contamination, and cutting flood risk during the rainy season.
