The Tegucigalpa–Comayagüela city government reports the L8.68 million (about $348,000) stormwater project in the Santa Eduviges–Pueblo Nuevo neighborhood is 75% complete, work officials say will cut flood risk and improve access for roughly 10,000 residents, with completion expected in October 2026.
