Tunnel

Mayor Juan Diego Zelaya says the city will open the Florencia tunnel, Germania bridge expansion, and Juan Manuel Gálvez bridge ramp by October or early November to ease traffic across the capital.

Construction has begun on a L33.4 million (about $1.3 million) tunnel under the Rio Blanco bridge, part of San Pedro Sula's plan to ease daily congestion for more than 18,000 drivers on the Armenta corridor.
