Nearly 30,000 Hondurans Deported in First Seven Months of 2026

Honduras recorded 29,444 deportations through July 31, about 27,000 of them from the United States, and migration lawyer Illich Cornejo warns the annual total could reach 40,000 to 50,000 amid tougher U.S. immigration policies.
