Santa Lucía municipality in Francisco Morazán used machinery provided by the Infrastructure Ministry to clear a blocked road connecting El Pacón, a move that officials say has already benefited over 10 communities and hamlets with round-the-clock maintenance work.

Honduras is allocating L100 million (roughly $4 million) to rehabilitate 200–250 kilometers of roads serving 46 municipalities in the coffee-growing regions.
