Santa Lucía Opens Road to Isolated El Pacón Community

The Santa Lucía municipality in Francisco Morazán used machinery from the Infrastructure Ministry to clear a blocked road to El Pacón, a move officials say has already helped more than 10 communities and hamlets through round-the-clock maintenance.
