Multi Grade Teachers

Data from the Education Ministry shows 7,956 teachers nationwide work in multi-grade classrooms, mostly in rural schools, where one or two teachers manage 27 students across different grade levels—far above UNESCO averages—leaving educators unable to give each child adequate attention.
