Ulúa River Flooding Breaches Levee, Seeps Into El Progreso

The Ulúa River at El Progreso, Yoro, rose from 2 meters to 3.80 meters, sending water into low-lying areas and breaching a levee in the San José del Cayo and Miller sectors, where streets are now flooded.
