Diesel Subsidy to Cost the State L369 Million Over 30 Days

Honduras's temporary L12.01-per-gallon diesel subsidy, running October 5 to November 4, will cost the state about 369 million lempiras (roughly $15 million), according to a National Autonomous University analysis; drivers who use 40 gallons a month will save about 480 lempiras.
