Honduras Turns to Cloud Seeding to Fight Drought

The government is launching a three-month cloud-seeding operation using silver iodide to spur rainfall over farmland and water-supply areas, with a Mexican company flying up to 20 missions at a cost of roughly $600,000 to $700,000.
