Tegucigalpa Readies 12-Day Water Rationing Cycle

With reservoirs falling under drought and El Niño, Tegucigalpa plans to stretch water rationing from nine to twelve days should the La Concepción dam drop to 20% capacity, while repairing wells and pressing ahead on a new dam.
