Tegucigalpa's Main Reservoirs Fall Below 30% as Rationing Tightens

The two largest reservoirs serving Tegucigalpa and Comayagüela have dropped to 27.96% and 25.93% capacity, nearing a critical level, and water will now be delivered only every 12 days despite recent rains.
