Honduras's criminal investigation agency, ATIC, has given Libre party coordinator Manuel Zelaya 48 hours to detail the party's national structure, reviving a 2018 complaint Zelaya filed against military authorities after FUSINA labeled Libre-affiliated groups as terrorist cells.
