Breakwater Finished to Shield Puerto Cortés Families and Farmland

The Infrastructure Ministry has finished a breakwater in Manacalito, Puerto Cortés, to protect more than 200 families and roughly 3,700 acres of cropland from flooding and erosion by the Ulúa River.
