Storm Damage

Intense rainfall and strong winds in southern Honduras destroyed about seven traditional bahareque homes in Santa Lucía and El Palenque in Choluteca department, displacing families but causing no deaths; authorities are conducting damage assessments and coordinating humanitarian aid.
