Road Closure

A serious collision involving several heavy trucks closed a road in Blanquito, Choloma, Cortés, after the vehicles became lodged across the highway.

A section of Second Street Northeast between Fifth and Sixth Avenue in San Pedro Sula is closed through Saturday for repairs to a burst water pipe that caused a street collapse.

Authorities closed the northbound exit from Tegucigalpa after a collision involving two large trucks and a bus; no injuries have been reported yet, and officials urged drivers to use alternate routes.
