Gabriela Verónica Fleritt, a Venezuelan actress and comedian who appeared on 'Bienvenidos'—a show rebroadcast on Honduras's Canal 5—was killed on June 24 when powerful earthquakes of magnitude 7.2 and 7.5 struck Venezuela, destroying buildings in Caracas and La Guaira and killing an estimated 1,500 people.
