A 24-year-old motorcyclist, Mario Josué Valladares, was shot and killed by the driver of a white sedan following a traffic collision in San Pedro Sula's Felipe Zelaya neighborhood; the gunman fled and remains at large.

Police arrested a 38-year-old woman accused of killing Florinda Ramírez in February after the victim came to demand repayment of a loan; she was attacked with a machete and her body was later found in Orica, Francisco Morazán.

Milton Josué García Hernández, 19, was arrested after police say he contacted a 13-year-old girl on TikTok, met her in person in Florida, Copán, and sexually assaulted her twice at his home in the Los Dormitorios village.
