Abuse Of Authority

The Public Ministry has submitted a prosecutorial complaint to the Supreme Court against former National Congress president Luis Rolando Redondo and fellow lawmakers over alleged abuses of authority by the now-defunct Permanent Commission during 2022–2026, with a judge set to be assigned to the case.
