What's included

Everything a Honduras Daily advertising package comes with, and the few limits that keep it affordable. This is the whole agreement. There is no small print elsewhere.

Your first ad, built for you

Every package includes one ad made by us, free.

Send your logo and one sentence on what you want to promote. That's all we need.
You get a proof within 3 business days of us receiving those two things.
One round of changes to the proof is included. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Once you approve it, your ad is live within 2 business days.

Or bring your own artwork

If you have a designer, or you'd rather make it yourself, skip the wait.

Finished artwork to our sizes goes live within 2 business days of arriving.
The exact sizes and the rules for what an ad can look like are on the creative guidelines page.
Your own artwork can be swapped for a new file once a week at no charge.

Changes after your ad is live

One free change every calendar month. Two if you're Featured.

A change is a new image or a new link. It goes live within 2 business days.
Unused changes don't carry over to the next month.
Extra changes in the same month are $25 each, and we'll tell you before we do one.
This is what keeps a $49 ad at $49. Ads that need weekly updates are better served by your own artwork, swapped weekly.

How your term is counted

Your three months start the day your ad goes live, not the day you paid.

Packages are three months, paid up front, with the first month half price.
Your term renews for another three months unless you cancel. Cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt, and it takes effect at the end of the term you've paid for.
If we're slow getting your ad live, you lose nothing. The clock hasn't started.

One ad in one send of The Honduras Report each month.

We confirm the date of your send with you by email before it goes out.
At most two advertisers appear in any send, and never two from the same business category.

What we won't do

So you know before you pay, not after.

We don't build custom artwork beyond the free first ad on the $49 and $69 packages. Bring finished artwork if you want more than that.
An ad can't look like one of our stories. We add the Sponsored label ourselves, above the artwork, on every ad.
We can decline an ad that's misleading or doesn't fit the site. If that happens before your ad goes live, we refund you in full.
