Budget Sets Aside L242 Million for Fee Ruled Unconstitutional

Honduras's Finance Ministry has earmarked L242 million (about $9.7 million) in the 2027 budget to pay a professional fee for agricultural scientists that the Supreme Court struck down as unconstitutional in 2009, even as UNAG employees sue for roughly L600 million.
