Remittances Climb 11.2% to $10.1 Billion Through September

Honduras received $10.1 billion in family remittances in the first nine months of 2026, up 11.2% from the same period in 2025, with the funds accounting for more than a quarter of GDP and serving as the country's main source of foreign currency.
