Man Charged With Seizing Tolupán Land in Yoro

Omar Antonio Castro Palma was charged with illegally occupying about 6.6 manzanas (roughly 4.6 hectares, or 11 acres) of Tolupán indigenous land in Victoria, Yoro, following a complaint the community filed in 2023; a preliminary hearing is set for February 3, 2027.
