Tegucigalpa's water authority launched the second phase of a transfer pumping 500 liters per second from the Los Laureles reservoir to the La Concepción treatment plant, moving up to 387,000 cubic meters over eight to nine days to relieve supply pressure while La Concepción stays under a high water-stress alert.
