Most Returned Teen Migrants Out of School Despite Easy Access

A study by the International Organization for Migration found that 74% of returned adolescent migrants are not in school, even though 85% live within 30 minutes of one, with documentation problems, poverty, and trouble adapting keeping them from enrolling and staying.
