INP Tightens Prison Security Under New Penitentiary Law

Honduras's National Penitentiary Institute has suspended visits at four facilities and formed a special profiling team to identify inmates convicted or accused of terrorism-related offenses and move them to maximum-security units, carrying out measures required by a recent reform.
