Honduras's audit tribunal found that Fundaniquem (the Burn Foundation) hired staff without following proper procedures in 2019–2020, among them relatives of director Omar Elías Mejía Zúniga, who confirmed that his daughter, a niece, and another relative now work there as medical staff.
