The Honduran Social Investment Fund (FHIS) is carrying out a technical survey of Juan Brooks School in Roatán to refine an existing design and meet lending and education ministry requirements before moving to bidding and construction of a new building to replace the deteriorating 51-year-old facility, which serves about 700 students.
