Confianza SA-FGR Reports L29 Billion in Small-Business Financing Over 11 Years

Honduras's guarantee fund Confianza SA-FGR has channeled L29 billion (about $1.16 billion) in loans to micro, small, and medium enterprises since its founding, issuing more than 304,000 guarantees and supporting an estimated 435,000 jobs, with 92% of guarantees backing businesses that create 1–10 jobs and 59% going to women.
