Honduras will reopen the Río Amarillo airstrip in Copán Ruinas with CM Airlines service to Tegucigalpa, San Pedro Sula, and Guatemala, starting with three weekly flights in late 2026 or early 2027 to improve tourist access to the Maya ruins and the surrounding region.
