Congress Returns With 14 Bills Pending

Congress reconvenes Monday, September 21, after a recess for Children's Day and Independence Day, moving to a four-day work week through the end of the month to clear 14 stalled bills from a priority package and to take up electoral reforms, criminal-justice changes and the 2027 budget.
