From the Streets to a Law Degree at UNAH

Carlos Enrique Cantarero, who lived on the streets for four years after his mother died in 2002 and his family abandoned him, earned his law degree from Honduras's national university on September 19 with help from Casa Alianza and child welfare agencies.
