September–October Rains Won't Refill Reservoirs, COPECO Warns

Víctor Ortega, a meteorologist at Honduras's national emergency agency COPECO, said the rain expected in the coming months will fall short of replenishing the country's reservoirs, and warned the public to brace for continued water rationing.
