Government Plans 600-Megawatt Tender to Boost Power Supply

President Asfura announced plans to bid out roughly 600 megawatts of new generating capacity to ease reliance on costlier spot-market power and bring down electricity prices, and said his administration has halved the overdue payments owed to power generators.
