Japan to Fund Visitor Center at Copán Ruins

Honduras and Japan have signed an agreement to build a modern visitor center at the Copán Ruins for 17.5 million lempiras (about $700,000), adding online ticket sales and upgraded facilities to bolster tourism at the UNESCO World Heritage site.
