Juan Carlos Arvizú Hernández, a Honduran trafficker known as 'Lanchita' who was convicted of moving more than 5,000 kg of cocaine through Central America to the United States, lost his appeal to cut his 30-year sentence, which he argued violated Honduras's extradition treaty.
