Fernando Cerimedo, an Argentine political consultant who advised President Asfura in Honduras and campaigns across Latin America's right, was arrested in Bolivia on suspicion of orchestrating an attack on his pregnant partner, Nadia Beller, after prosecutors found incriminating text messages on his phone.
