Tegucigalpa's Salvador Mendieta Street Reopens After Rebuild

Tegucigalpa's city government reopened Salvador Mendieta Street in the historic center on August 17 after rebuilding about 40 meters of stone-paved roadway, a route that carries roughly 6,000 vehicles a day and serves some 200,000 residents, workers, and visitors.
