Honduras to Rejoin World Bank Arbitration Body

Honduras will rejoin the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (CIADI), a World Bank affiliate, on August 16, ending nearly two years outside the body in a bid to bolster investor confidence and legal certainty.
