Congress Plans to Hand Out Values Booklets in Schools

The Education Committee is finalizing a plan to distribute more than 20,000 printed booklets on principles and values to all public-school students, with the materials donated by a Costa Rican NGO at no cost to Honduras and participation left voluntary for families.
