The Honduran Institute of Transport will offer heavy-equipment driver certification classes on Roatán next weekend, letting tourism and transport workers get licensed without traveling to the mainland at an estimated cost of L30,000–L35,000 (about $1,200–$1,400) for travel and lodging.
