Tegucigalpa Eateries Charge Double for Tortillas Despite Price Cap

Restaurants and comedores in the capital are selling tortillas for as much as L2 (about $0.08) each, twice the regulated ceiling of L1, even as tortilla factories say they sell to retailers at L0.67, leaving it to consumer-protection authorities to enforce the limit.
