Tropical Storm Élida Strengthens but Poses No Threat to Honduras

Tropical Storm Élida, forming in the eastern Pacific about 3,000 kilometers west of Honduras, is expected to become a hurricane by Friday but poses no threat to Honduras or the mainland, the national weather agency said.
