Psychiatric Hospital Buckles Under Rising Demand

The Hospital Psiquiátrico Mario Mendoza, Honduras's main public psychiatric facility, takes in dozens of patients a day from across the country, many traveling hours because their towns have no mental-health services, a sign of surging nationwide demand and a shortage of specialized centers.
