Tegucigalpa Delivers 2.3 Million Gallons Amid Water Crisis

Tegucigalpa's city government has delivered 2.3 million gallons of free water on more than 900 tanker-truck trips to ease an acute shortage, and plans to grow the fleet from 50 to 90 trucks.
