With TPS for Honduras formally over and the U.S. Supreme Court clearing the last legal hurdles in June, Hondurans who failed to secure another immigration status have lost work authorization and now risk deportation, while the roughly 21,000 who obtained permanent residency by April 2025 remain protected.
