Police Evictions of Longstanding Communities Deepen Social Crisis, CODEH Says

Hugo Maldonado, president of the Honduran human-rights committee CODEH, says violent police evictions of communities settled 50 or more years ago are worsening the country's social crisis, and he wants the courts, not security forces, to settle land disputes.
