Consumer Watchdog Finds Overcharges and Expired Goods in Stores

Honduras's Consumer Protection directorate says it has run more than 7,000 inspections in four months, turning up expired merchandise and card surcharges, and is publishing weekly reference prices from wholesale markets to curb speculation on basic goods.
