DNVT Rations Driver's License Printing Amid Supply Crunch

Honduras's transportation authority, the DNVT, is rationing physical driver's licenses in San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa because of heavy demand and a single printing machine, giving priority to travelers, commercial drivers, and the first 100 applicants each day while it awaits new equipment next month.
