Colonel Juan Carlos Osorto Castillo, the former director of Honduras's main penitentiary, is calling for a full audit of the Támara prison commissary system dating back to its creation, citing unclear profit accounting and missing inventory records as administrations changed, after an alleged eight-million-lempira shortfall was detected.
